Are you suppose to grease the unit attached to the motor for hydraulic steering?  Or is it a closed system.  There are two nipples sticking out, but are larger than normal grease fittings

Those nipples have to do with hydraulic fluid. Supposedly, you should grease the rod, but I never do.

Those are the air bleed fittings.  You use them to bleed the air out of the system.
