I love sitting on my porch watching the storms blow in. Nice gusty wind. Beautiful lightening. Its quite relaxing. Rain falling. Falling much much harder now. Still its quite zen like.

I like it when it rains here.  Fills the lakes back up.

I love the rain...............but I like Monday through Thursday usually when I am not fishing............but this week I do not like it at all.........because I am fishing on the road trip.

But it has been better today and will be better tomorrow and then all gone!

I like lightning too..............only when I am at home where I can enjoy the show.

i dont mind a passing storm or two, but this week the rain has been ridiculous. i hate when it rains for like a week straight. i hate when i go like two weeks not seeing the sun because of the remnants of a hurricane and such too.

as for sitting on the porch watching a storm blow through, ive always done that since i was a kid, provided we had a porch or deck with a covered roof...

I think I saw pictures of the zoo down there, yesterday. You know the tigers loved it.

Ha! I bet they did. 4 animals drowned though. Oddly enough, two of them were otters.

That's the damnedest thing I've ever heard. Poor otters. :(
