Could be a house brand like BPS, or Cabelas since that is a color pattern that looks familiar, but it could also be a Matzuo or Blaze.....I look at lures all day for 2 days a week, and we have lots of older stock and new, so I am just giving my best educated guess, maybe those websites of the mentioned companies might help....
