Ok, so I have had the 200E6 for about two weeks and have started to see some issues after about the 15th or so cast. Its almost like the bearings are stripped. When I cast it doesnt even go 5-10 and front of me and makes a light screeching noise. Secondly, when I'm actually reeling my lure in its a bumpy retrieve. Not smooth like the initial casts. Is this just a dud? Any maintenance or should I send it back? Thanks!

Return the reel for replacement.

Completely agree. This should not be happening at all. Something is really wrong with the reel.

x3 send in for a replacement if it's not that long ago on the purchase.

Yep, return it. You shouldn't have to work on a new reel.

I have this exact reel and love it. Get you another one, you'll love it.

Bought 2 Chronarch 50e's a couple of years ago, and had to return both of them, because of a screeching noise. Bought another about six months after and have never had a problem with it.

Yup, return it. Shimano has good customer service. If its new enough they will repair it or replace it entirely.
