Went fishing with a buddy before work. We fished 9-1 and we both managed about 25 fish each. I was worried because it got pretty cold last night. It was only 35 when we put in this morning. Most fish averaged about 1.5 and we had a handful of 2.5-3lb fish. They were hitting anything I threw. Majority were on a Tx rig rage craw with 1/8oz weight. A good many on a lipless crank. A few on a worm, swim jig and kvd 1.5 I snapped a pic of this chubby girl just bc she was so plump.

WTG rippin-lips! There's something about a pot belly Bass that makes me smile :) Maybe it's because it resembles mine, lol

Thanks fellas. It was definitely one of the best days on the water I've had in about 2yrs. Nothing big but non stop excitement. Made being really cold a lot more tolerable. I need to invest in some cover alls haha
