jhoffman Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 What if i whomp you on a 22nd nezumma rat or a roman mother. I sure aint sending you a $200-$400 swimbait, i like you guys just not that much. For the record: I own nothing but cordell spots out of the bargin bin at walmart Rather than buying baits for eachother, we could just do the winner gets to add to their signiture the months they won. Ex: 2014 - NE BR Montly Champion: May, Oct, Dec Quote

You should start one up with fellow PA anglers and New Yorkers.. 1 Quote
NEjitterbugger Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 The prize pack that Shane is providing this month is SWEEEET! Can't wait for everyone to start getting on those pigs!!!! 2 Quote
Mainebass1984 Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Competition starts Thursday. I will be out fishing Friday, Saturday and have a tourney on Sunday. Who else plans on getting out this coming weekend and starting the competition off with a few lunker bass ? 2 Quote
Bassintheweeds Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 In. And we already know, I got the first month's prize pack, which I am giving to Jitterbug on Saturday. Good luck, and loads of fun to all! Fish on, peeps! Some inspiration (not to mount your fish, but to catch the big ones!)... Ps- anybody catches a peacock in New England, and I'll double the prize pack!! Haha!! Too bad. I used to have a peacock in my aquarium, you almost had to give me 40 bucks Im in. I plan on getting out for an hour or so everyday in the foreseeable future. My next tournament is not for a little bit but there should be plenty of fun fishing. 2 Quote
MARsSPEED Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Enjoy the Comp Fellas! Jitterbug does a great job with this. Taking time out to create some buzz and fun, kudos is highly deserved! Also people like Shane able to donate a prize is why the BR community shines. I wish tight lines among all of you and I hope to check back and see both some great pics and new PB's this spring. God bless! 5 Quote
Super User Shane J Posted April 29, 2014 Super User Posted April 29, 2014 Thanks, Mars, and depending on interest, we may have at least one month open to all of the Northeast section, but we just wanted to try it this way. If we do end up doing that, I hope to have you join us in the fun. 1 Quote

mhtranger Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 That's what I was thinking. If it takes that long..... Quote
Mainebass1984 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I give me till about Sunday. You never know when the next 7 plus will bite. Hopefully I will find one on Saturday. A 10 pounder would be cool too. 4 Quote
lonewolf89 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 In. Open to suggestions on some setup to measure fish in a kayak though. I usually use a flexible tape measure due to limited space, but with that being disallowed, maybe someone would have some ideas Quote
Mike2841 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I use a folding wood measuring tape, also maybe a cheap small measuring tape Quote
