Super User WIGuide Posted April 16, 2014 Super User Posted April 16, 2014 Oh my gosh! I think you've spent too much time, up the hill there, walking around in that bull manure. Ha! Ha! At least one person can smell what I'm stepping in! lol Quote
mattbbassin Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Throwing with a tail wind will generally get your baits out farther. If you throw against the wiond it will not go as far. DUH!!!!! Quote
Tim Kelly Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 I should think most people can hit 40 yards under normal conditions. Maybe 50 with a strong tail wind. I can cast a fly 30 yards and can definitely get a squarebill further in regular casting. Setting the hook at long range though can be more of a challenge without using braid.... Quote
