Thraeka Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Hi, I'm looking to buy a new freshwater fishing rod for bass typically. I'm still new to bass fishing and want to invest at most $100 rod. I'm looking for a more all around rod instead of a technique specific rod. I looked online for some info and there are the two I came up with: Shimano Compre and Cabela's Fish Eagle 50. I was wondering what you guys would think or if you had any other suggestions. Thanks! Quote
mjseverson24 Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 I have not used the cabelas rod, but the compre is a great rod... other suggestions are the veritas, and st. croix mojo or triumph... Mitch Quote
