Reason why some of the pics don't look good is because I filmed them on my GoPro and couldn't figure out how to get a screenshot and send it to my phone. Quote

Reason why some of the pics don't look good is because I filmed them on my GoPro and couldn't figure out how to get a screenshot and send it to my phone.Go back through your Gopro footage. Full screen and pause on the screen you wish to screenshot. Move the mouse off screen and when the screen is clear hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. Now, open Microsoft paint or MS word, now hold the Ctrl Key and press "V" or simply right click and click paste. Save the file as a pic and VOILA.May be an easier way but that's one way to do it.
