I'm heading there last weekend in May.  Wondering which lakes would be best to try.  Primarily fishing largemouth

 

I've heard Mud Hen can be good.

I haven't fished quite that far over before, but it looks like there's enough lakes that way that you should be able to find something. Welcome to the forums as well! Good to see another WI guy on here.

I have a cabin just north of there in Danbury and I do a lot of fishing up that way. I haven't fished the Siren area but there are no shortage of lakes with bass in them in that neck of the woods! I think you'll have some fun.

Best part of living up here is the the bass aren't targeted as much. I haven't fished that area myself, but check out Wisconsin's dnr site, if they list them in the lake they're there. Some of the maps on the site are older but still give you a good idea of contour.

Thanks everyone.  Looks like a great area with lots of lakes.  I'll let you all know how we do
