NORMAN FAT BOY

Bandit, Xcalibur, Strike King, are all great, but the Fat Boy is my favorite, by far.

Xcalibur XCS series are my hands down favorite. Rapala DT Fat 3's are also good as well as the Bomber Fat Free square bills.

If you fish brushy/woody cover, there isn't any substitute for the Wordens Timber Tiger.  The DC 4, 5 & 8 cover most square bill situations.  If you want to fish deeper woody/brushy cover.  The DC 13 will get 13 feet down fished on spinning gear - 30 lb. braid and a short (foot & a half max) 20 lb fluorocarbon leader for abrasion purposes.   If you want to go with a bigger profile I get the DC 16 down maybe 10 feet or so on 17 or 20 lb mono.

Give the Timber Tigers a try, you can throw them into woody/brushy cover and bring them out better than any other square bill I've tried.

As a few others have said the xcalibur XCS series square bills are great. They are like the kvds but about 20 times better. And only $2.99 at Dicks Sporting Goods.....try them and you won't regret it

I throw KVD Squarebills exclusively!  They work perfect for me and they are designed by the cranking king, can't argue with that.

Xcalibur XCS are my favorites and get about 75% of the use. The Luck E Strike Clunn's get the rest.
