Hello I am trying to get about 3 more baitcasting setups.  I currently have one that is 6'6 MH with 15 pound fluro.  So I plan on getting 3 more baitcasting setups and need help deciding the rods I need for the setups.  I plan on getting duckett ghost or micro magic rods. So one of the Rods I would like to use for frogging, pitching, and heavy cover applications.  The other two I do not have specfic applications in mind yet but I usually throw soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. So what setups do you suggest I get?

If you like the ducket Ghost Rods, I would probably go with the 7'3" Heavy Rod for the Frogging and pitching and flipping.  You could use your 6'6"  MH that you already have for plastics and Jigs.  I would probably look at getting the 6'10" Medium for some of the smaller plastics and jigs.  You could also probably use it for the spinnerbaits as well.  Finally, I would look at one of the crankin gods they offer for crankbaits. Not sure if you are crankin deep or shallow. Im not all that great at the CB anyway, so I dont want to lead you wrong in that one.  Hope you get some more advice and get a good crew of rods.  Good Luck my friend

1) 7' - 7'3 med heavy w/ 12-15lb fluorocarbon

2) 7' - 7'6 heavy w/ 50lb braid or 17-20lb fluorocarbon

3) 7' medium or MH moderate action cranking rod, 12 lb fluorocarbon or monofilament

After you build your base you may want to add something that is technique specific.

For me that would be a rod specifically for jerkbaits or maybe swim jigs.
