Has anyone used one of these? I've read a lot of reviews it seems some people love them for organizing big spinners in a small footprint, some don't like them because they don't fit small spinners, and then some are still upset that Plano bought out the Falcon line of these. I just bought a Plano Guide Series bag and am organizing all my types of tackle in different 3600 series boxes so I think this will work perfectly for my needs but I wanted to hear the feedback from other fisherman on BR!

i have the plano 3600 soft sider x but ive outgrown it, im switching over to the 3600 guide series like you have.

i have the elite 3600 spinnerbait tray and its perfect, holds 18 baits i think and fits in the tackle box like the other trays. Ill be able to use it with that guide series bag and so will you

i like mine…. i'm actually thinking about buying 1 or 2 more to store jigs in because i can see the full head/skirt when they're in this box…  will agree though that a couple of my smallest spinnerbaits do not hold in there well….

i have the 3600 size and i love it. i have no issues with fitting smaller spinnerbaits and its the best way for larger spinnerbaits that ive used.

I just got one and for the life of me can't figure out how they are supposed to go in. Can one of you post a pic of your box loaded up? It would be much appreciated!

A word of caution.  If you put the spinner bait back in the box with the plastic trailer still on it . . .and you forget and leave it in the box for a while. ..

and it is the "wrong" kind of plastic . . . it can get "funky" and melt a bunch of spinner bait skirts.   Take my word on this, I wouldn't make it up.

Take this advice with everything as for as plastics.

But as far as the plano elite... its worth it. I love mine.

I would picked them up in Wally World and study them every time I went in there. They looked different in an ''odd'' sort of way and vaguely suspicious. After all, my trusty Plano spinnerbait lunch box had served me well through the years. One day I just decided to get one and try it. I loved it, it's a perfect fit in my soft side tackle system. You have a good view of all your baits safe and snug. Sometimes different is good.

They should be on clearance at Wally World. I picked up a 3700 series for $5 last year around this time. Saw a few more along with the elite cranks and hydroflow boxes.

I got mine in the mail and I really like it. It took a little playing around until I figured out the way the spinners were supposed to be arranged. I would say the 3600 series definitely isn't meant for the small spinners that I have but I knew that before I bought it so I wasn't alarmed. I have a plastic trailers on my spinnerbaits so I will have to keep a close eye on them while in the box. Some buzzbaits fit in my box and others with longer arms do not. But again, I wasn't planning on putting my buzzbaits in there. This will be an awesome box for me and the way I have my tackle organized.

I'll probably be the stand out here but I have one and hate it.  Went back to BPS and bought a standard hanging spinnerbait box in a huge size that holds like 80 baits.  Put all the spinnerbaits and buzzbaits in it.

What didn't you like about it?

One of the primary baits I fish from spawn till winter is a spinnerbait.  So, I have alot and they are different sizes.  I also like buzzbaits, same thing range of sizes, etc.  The box appears to be made to hold your "average" 3/8oz to 1/2oz spinner bait with an average size arm.  Anything with a longer arm, or smaller baits just dont fit right nor stay pinned down.  Very few buzzbaits fit.  What you end up with, unless all your spinnerbaits are nearly identical, is a mess of stuff that lays on it's side.  Also, the storage density just isn't there for the space the box takes up.

So, if your like me and you carry 70-80 spinnerbait's and buzzbaits in the boat, it's not a good solution.

If you have 10-15 spinnerbaits and buzzbaits and they are all the "average" size it will probably work fine.

For me, this is perfect:         http://www.basspro.com/Plano-HydroFlo-Spinnerbait-StowAway/product/1308150929/
