Good job buddy

I am from WV as well.

Nice to know they are some hogs where you fish.

Congrats. Beating your PB twice in the same day is a good day of fishing.

Congrats on your great day.  It's going to be tough to beat your PB now!

Congrats on catching 2 good fish in the same day. As for the weights. Well you didn't weigh it so you can't be sure really. They generally never weigh what you think once they hit the scales. Look at the 9lb Pb in this thread at the top of the page. It's a lot bigger then your '8.5'

Either way nice fish sir.

Sometimes it's hard to tell without a scale, I've caught 2 1/2 pounders that look close to 4. Great catch! No matter what it weighs its still a big fish.

So I beat my previous personal best today.... Twice.... The first fish was a 6 1/2 lber, and man was I stoked... 3 casts later, I hook a 8 lber..... I was so excited.... It was awesome... Just wanted to share.... I have pics but they are too big to upload... It was an AWESOME day....

Congrats on the fish, i assume they were caught out mud river, if you look at my thread a pretty good day of bass fishing, those too were caught out mud river, i estimated them to be 5.5-6lbrs we caught 2. Great to see someone fishing the same lake as me
