Wigglefin Action Disk?

  This popped up on my youtube page and so I watched the video:  

 

 

 

 

  Has anybody every heard of these before or tried them?  Here is there site:

 It seems sort of cool to me.  Now I'm wondering - is this more a cheap gimmick or would this help catch more bass?

Same concept, except this looks a little more erratic.

Same as the scrounger heads as was already mentioned but before that and before the chatterbait there was the "Eaker Shaker", it was a metal blade that made any bait fished behind it work more erratically.
