Super User slonezp Posted March 15, 2014 Super User Posted March 15, 2014 Clayton, there's a recent thread here somewhere. Take note, the anchor pin needs to be purchased separately than the unit, so pricing may not be as attractive as you think Quote
Super User Darren. Posted March 15, 2014 Super User Posted March 15, 2014 Any one try one on there kayak yet. I was looking at them and thinking of saving my pennies. I considered this when I first saw them. What I don't know/haven't seen yet is whether it can be folded down while your in areas with lots of trees, etc. Not just for that reason, but casting as well. One of the reasons I keep my rods laying down in front of me now rather than behind me in rod holders on my crate (which I also no longer use). Looking at it now over at Austin Kayak, it looks like it can fold down as it's on a hinge. So if it could, that'd be a plus. Quote
