Super User A-Jay Posted March 14, 2014 Super User Posted March 14, 2014 Congrats on a great first outing And a New PB ~ ! But what a crying shame you didn't have a camera or a phone or something to capture a picture of your accomplishment. A-Jay 1 Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted March 14, 2014 Super User Posted March 14, 2014 This is pretty accurate for bass. Length times length times girth divided by 1200. Puts your pb at 7.68 lbs. Congrats on the fine catch. 1 Quote

Congrats on the fine catch. ^^^^^ This is by far the most accurate equation for calculating weight. I have tested it out against my digital scale and it is super accurate. Always within a 0.10 of a pound. Congrats on the new personal best. It is always exhilarating catching a new personal best. Any pics ? We all love pics of big bass !! Quote
