Super User slonezp Posted March 16, 2014 Super User Posted March 16, 2014 Foldgers Black Silk or the other one that is extra dark. I drink it black. I do like McDonalds coffee when I'm on the road. Road Ranger coffee is bitter but I think that's because it's straight caffeine. Quote
Super User Sam Posted March 16, 2014 Super User Posted March 16, 2014 Grizzin, grew up in New Orleans so I take my coffee with caffine and half-half milk. We call this Café-Au-Lait. Café Noir is black coffee. Quote
Super User bigbill Posted March 16, 2014 Super User Posted March 16, 2014 I can cook you just about any restaurant or greasy spoon meal but I can make coffee. At work I was good for up to 6 cups of coffee per day. Working for corporate head quarters world wide engineering our coffee was free all day long. Now being retired I missed my coffee. The coffee at the local Dunkin doughnuts was a scrap shoot were I lost every time I bought it I through it away. Then while visiting relatives they showed me the new keurig. Now I have the perfect cup of coffee every time. The cost doesnt matter I think of those dd coffees I threw away. I now drink about 100 cups of green mountain lake and lodge blend of coffee every month. From the keurig. The trick to keeping the keurig operating is using filtered water from the faucet. It keeps the water clean. I use only the vanilla creamer too with no sugar. I drink plain water and coffee now. No diet soda anymore. Quote

fish-fighting-illini Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 When I drink it black coffe only. No fu fu stuff in my coffee. When I was going through the diverticulitis issue before my surgery it irritated my stomach so I switched to tea. I've never been a fan of how long that coffee creates "coffee breath" Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted March 18, 2014 Super User Posted March 18, 2014 Hot and black. Usually two or three cups in the morning. Quote
flippin and pitchin Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Two cups of Kopi Luwak every morning. I'm sipping on a cup as I type. Wonderful aroma and exxxxxxpensive. A hazelnut scone tops it off. Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted March 18, 2014 Author Super User Posted March 18, 2014 What's your favorite brand of coffee? Quote

flippin and pitchin Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Well I put up with it every day at work so why not drink coffee extracted from it. When out of that delectable brew my bean of choice is Tulleys, Green Mountain or Seattle's Best, none of which is affiliated with a wild mammal. 2 Quote

TorqueConverter Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 I don't care what brand it is. As long I can get in bean form and grind it myself I'm happy. A low temp brew in a fine mesh coffee press can't be beat. Quote
Mike2841 Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 If I brew it myself hot black coffee, if I'm on the road I'll stop by DD or maybe McDonald's and get black iced coffee Quote
