rowyourboat Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 when the water is still pretty chilly, instead of pitchin a jig all day, has anyone tried a senko fished VERY slowly.... its kind of a lazy bait anyway... seems like it may work to me???
Revo_Carrot Stix Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 I had great luck pre-spawn last year with my SK Zeros.
Daniel My Brother Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 I've yet to find the time when a Senko won't work. Maybe not always the best choice, but never a bad choice.
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted February 4, 2011 Global Moderator Posted February 4, 2011 I've fished them really early on a shakey head to get a slower fall with a subtle and bulky bait and done really well. If it's calm you can fish them texas rigged weightless and drag them along the bottom but I don't have the patience for doing that.
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 4, 2011 Super User Posted February 4, 2011 C'mon guys...We have already had our Senko thread for 2011. We let that one run, but we're done. Look through the Senko Stickie in the top section for more on the bait. Goodnight Irene. -Kent a.k.a. roadwarrior Global Moderator
