BigBassBarry Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 depends on water temps, I fish on fork 2-4 days a year during spring for the last 25 years only missing 4-5 years. when are you going? I am going march 17 and 18th this year, I booked this before I knew there were 8 tournament on the lake the 15th and 16th. Not an expert on fork by any means just experienced. before you book a trip make sure there are not a lot of Tournaments scheduled. this weekend there are like 8! Quote
Flippinhook Posted March 13, 2014 Author Posted March 13, 2014 I actually bought a place at the end of last summer on fork .. At sun eagle bay ..trying to learn the lake but it's a very intimidating lake ..I have caught several good ones but there's days I 0 on that lake .. Would love some help with it ! I live about 3 hours from there goin out to fish the ford mega bass tounament April 6 plan on goin early to prefish it but have no knowledge of spring time fishing on that lake ..so If I could narrow it down to sections that produce the best bags that would b great Quote
Bass_Fanatic Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Glade creek is probably the most known spawning creek on the lake. I've caught many 6-10lb fish in there in April. There will be a thousand people in there, but the key is to throw something a little different. I had my best luck on a 4.5" rattlesnake. Quote
