Your probably losing a phase. Check your Voltage between Phase to phase then phase to ground. Assuming it's a four wire WYE configuration its most likely gonna be A,B, or C phase missing. Quote

Down right frustrating when the new bulb from the box is bad. That's how you confuse an electrician for hours.Oughta try troubleshooting 4160 VAC. Its a down right pain in the butt. Especially, the dang "space suit" you have to wear before they kill the voltage. Quote
