I figured we could have a nice calm place where everyone could post about their problems. . . . . Problems buying tackle that is! I know many of you seem to buy a new lure or two or maybe a couple of packs of soft plastics, or maybe even a new rod and reel every time you see them!

We fisherman just can't resist! Maybe your collection has slowly added up over the years or maybe you add to it continuously!

So let's hear about the problems you face when it comes to buying stuff and the collections you have accumulated! The first step to fixing the problem is admitting you have one! :eyebrows:

Pictures are welcome!!!

Umm, tackles the cheep part, what do you do when your son who loves to fish wants you to buy a boat?  So saving up and maybe next year I think my $600 trip to Bass Pro shops isn't gonna look as bad as that $18,000 bass boat I'll be putting money down on if things go right?  The good news, I'll have lots of new places to put all the fishing tackle that's in the house.

That's an investment that will be well worth it!

I'm glad to say I don't have a problem.  When I want something, I go out and buy it or order it on-line.  I try to keep from doing that more than three or four times a day.  My psychiatrist tells me I'm doing well.

It's understandable to be in denial. Keep making progress with your psychiatrist and maybe you can only buy stuff once or twice a day though I know it will be a struggle. :cry3: Just remember we are here for you! :lolk:

I think this is how tournaments got started....put a bunch of fisherman together in a meeting and you know we are gonna try and out compete one another.

Feels amazing to me. It's very light, looks nice, and feels very solid and smooth. It's smaller than my E7s and feels as light as my 50E. I'm not going to say it's the best Curado that Shimano has made or anything since it doesn't even have line on it yet, but it certainly has the feel like it could be provided it performs as I expect it to and last like it should.

This reminds me, need to buy another spinning combo... Darn you, Darn you to Hell! :badlanguage:

Oh man I have 99 problems and buying to much darn bait is 1! This year especially.

My problem is that I'm in high school and trying to work 24/7 (to buy fishing gear of course) and can find enough work for my continuously expanding list of fishing equipment I need for college

i laid all my combos out on the floor, mouth dropped open when I added them all up
