donk Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I think I joined this wonderful site in 2008, it is by far the best ! I always read and never posted and for whatever reason I decided to start . I have been addicted to fishing since the age of 5, and I will be 45 in April. I also love to hunt deer and turkey Quote

Super User A-Jay Posted March 7, 2014 Super User Posted March 7, 2014 Hello and Welcome to the non-lurker level of BR ~ A-Jay Quote
donk Posted March 7, 2014 Author Posted March 7, 2014 I appreciate the warm welcome and was reminded by FlipnLimits I never said what I liked to catch. I am a bass fisherman targeting both smallmouth and largemouth. I grew up fishing the three rivers of Pittsburgh for smallmouth , primarily on the Monongahela river. I belong to a bass club and have known my fishing partner for over 30 years. I am also fortunate to be able to fish Lake Erie where a 5 lb smallie is pretty common. If there is a prize for longest lurker before a post, I will take one of those " outdated" G Loomis rods in 844 IMX 1 Quote
Super User BassinLou Posted March 8, 2014 Super User Posted March 8, 2014 Welcome aboard. I was a lurker for a while too and then I said what the heck. 2500 + posts later I am hooked lol...... Quote
