I've been thinking of purchasing a PowerPole for my boat lately, I have a 2014 Nitro Z6.  I mainly fish the canals in South Florida (Miami area), and probably a few trips a year to the lake.  What I'm undecided about is, should I spend the money on the PowerPole, or should I go ahead an upgrade a few other components.  I'm thinking upgrade the charger to a 4 bank, add another TM battery (gets me ready for a 24volt TM), add another cranking battery, add hydraulic steering, etc.  I'm thinking I should probably upgrade the components, but just wondering if there is some compelling argument which would sway me to the PowerPole which I'm not aware of.

Don't get me wrong, a PowerPole will be mounted on my boat, but maybe just not now.

Thoughts?
