flyingmonkie Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Strike King KVD perfect plastics finesse 6.5" - a little longer than most being recommended on here, but in a watermelon w/ red flake is my confidence bait of 2013. Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Rage Tail Menace. Its about the only thing I throw on a shaky any more. Quote
SpencerLittle Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 You will love those! The only reason I didn't suggest the fuse craw was because he asked what worm. I use those on a shaky head or a pegged bullet weight while fishing willow trees on one of my favorite lakes. They come thru laydowns religiously! John designed a thinner profile bait to punch grass mats or heavy cover like Florida waters has. The missile craw is the little bit thicker bait that was originally designed to punch with. But it's pretty nasty on a shaky head too. Especially if you want a bait, shaky head combo that will skip a mile under docks. Quote
buzzfrog Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 D bomb creature, I also use the berkly ike magnum shakey in water below 8 ft Quote
Super User Teal Posted March 4, 2014 Super User Posted March 4, 2014 Zoom trick worm is a standard. The Jackall and the The Robo worms are above and beyond to me. But I really love the Rage Thumper worm on a 4/0 jig head too! That thinng has a lot more aggressive action than the others, but it is deadly on a 1/4 oz 4/0 head. Theres no one lure, I've put a lot of different plastics on shakey heads, both light and bubba style and I've got a lot of good results. Baby aRage craws and critter craws are good too. Quote

Super User Munkin Posted March 4, 2014 Super User Posted March 4, 2014 Any straight worm will work? Actually anything you can put on it should work. Allen Quote
