OK, well to update this, all fish are over 5lbs, except maybe 1 of the canal fish.  The biggie went 7lbs 15oz.  I knew that deceiving pic would get most everyone, and even we thought it was bigger.  But to quote the bearded one, " A scale never lies!"

Hey, it's true.

 

Best way to make a 5lb fish a 3lb fish is to put it on a scale. :grin:

I had a great time fishing with you Jeff,  the top-water BITE was insane.  For everyone's information, he had two come unbuttoned that could have given the big fish a run for her money.

Spro poppin frogs use Gama hooks. Just the way it goes with frog fishin there Needham.
