After placing the order by phone, 2 weeks later I had to call and they thought the order had shipped. It turned out the order hadn't even been filled & they filled it & subsequently shipped it. Still no shipping confirmation sent via email. Also, the worm mold they advertised as 8.5 inches was actually a worm mold that makes worms over 13 inches.
I ordered the worm kit, worm molds, pans, burner, spinner parts and terminal tackle. The spinner parts and terminal tackle were as advertised, and worked well. The worm mold that was advertised as 8.5 inches & was actually over 13 inches, not so good - I had to pour a worm about 11 inches long and then cut it down to size. Also, the garlic scent that came with the worm kit - do not order it separately, it makes everything smell like garlic! The craw scent was great.
Lurecraft should list where the parts are manufactured (USA, China, etc) and they need to work on their ordering & shipping confirmation.

I have ordered from them many molds and haven't had a problem. I order online, not by phone though.

No problems here either, and also order online.   They have never sent me any tracking information but rarely does it take more than three days, usually two days.

While we can empathize with your frustration, the best course of action is deal directly with the company. Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. There are other options, but attacking the company in a public forum is not appropriate nor allowed.
