I have a bag of these and was wondering under what conditions these would applicable to use?

These are as described in the title, with no sparkles and no peppering effect.

Not sure, they came in a generic ziploc bag in a lot of assorted baits purchased on Ebay. I guess they arent TOTALLY clear, sorta Opaque.,but nothing I have ever seen before.

Just trying to get a feel for the best time and condition to use this color.

Personally I would fish them only on a waning moon, in slighty stained water, when the water temps run between 47-53 degrees, air temp of 62 degrees, and only between 7:07 a.m. through 9:32 a.m....

OR

I wouldn't fish em at all... :o

Seriously tho, MAYBE for bedding fish if you can see the bait in the water.

Or another thought.  This is like a blank canvas, you could color this tube however you wish. :o

I'd say its probably hand-poured with just regular clear plastic, no color or flake added.

Clear water on a sunny day. It will look like a dying shad as it falls.  That would be a great bait for Lake Havasu or Lake Powell.

Ok I will tell you how we use those types of tubes over here in the west. This a bit of a secret... but I will let it out. Get a tube head and take a very bright colored powder coat paint, put that color onto your tube head. Then take it and stick it in the tube :o looks great... imagine some smallies... Check out http://www.custombigbassbaits.com/ for these colored heads if you don't wanna make them. They really work! Be creative with the color heads, brighter colors work better.  :)

Hmm lets see

-you could use it for bedding fish

-you could put a jigging spoon in it for a different look to suspended fish

-you could put it on a jighead and swim it to make it look like shad

- or you could put it on a spinnerbait for a finesse look

looks like under the right lighting they would take on the colors of the surroundings.
