Super User Fishing Rhino Posted March 2, 2014 Super User Posted March 2, 2014 I threw some old running shoes in the living room, pitched a jig to 'em, set the hook, and released them alive after a very short fight. Kept me busy for about 6 minutes. Unless you have pictures, it didn't happen. 2 Quote
S_Miketa6 Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 I'll tell you one thing after the winter we've been having, you won't see me complaining about the heat this summer. Right now I'll take anything above freezing!!! 1 Quote
scrutch Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 You could go to your nearest BPS and go fishing in their big aquarium. They always have giant deformed looking bass in them. I figure you can get 2-3 casts in before you're asked to leave... I know a guy... 2 Quote

We will be staying with a friend of mine that lives in Satelite beach... on the bay... with a boat. It won't be bass fishing, but i'll take it... I'll send you a post card. You'll probaply want to me... I'll be on my way now Quote

Super User geo g Posted March 7, 2014 Super User Posted March 7, 2014 Thats why I moved to south Florida 40 years ago. Enough of that white crap. The worst was slush when that stuff started to melt. Was living in Northeast Ohio, I have not regretted the move for a second. Quote
Trent Wilson Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Ladies and gents, that's why I'm loving east tennessee. No matter how cold it gets, I'll always find fish. Quote
bonzai22 Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 It would be a pretty far drive for you but newton is a really good lake. I haven't been there in the winter I think the fishing can be a little tough but some of the biggest bass are caught there this time of year. Quote
