The XPS fluoro is great line, however I have not used their new line yet, "the new yellow and purple box". BPS switched line manufacturers.  This line is manufactured now by Seaguar. And THAT is a GOOD thing RIGHT!!

What's the price point like versus the Seaguar Hootie?

Xps has always been made by seaguar. My buds at bass pro told me. The new box is just new packaging. They say its the same as invisix. Its good line. I use it most of the time. Bps is having it for $10 during the classic On march 7th!

Seaguar has only NOW started making fluoro for BPS. My BOSS at BPS told me.

Cograts, it's a great place to work. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun. And by all means, take advantage of that big discount.

I actually use XPS fluorocarbon exclusively now. With many other brands, I get problems with kinks in the spool, which result in line breakage at inopportune times. This doesn't seem to happen (at least for me) with XPS.

I've only used it (and I mean fluorocarbon in general) with baitcasting, and it works very well. I recommend it.

I have used XPS fluoro on a couple of my baitcasters. Its good line, not as good as Invizx. Its a little stiffer then Invizx. This is when I bought them about 3 yrs ago. I dont know if the newer ones are different.
