Bought my first boat 17ft tracker 40 HP about 2 months ago went out on it 3x got very ill hospitalized for 4 weeks just got out, dying to get back out on her.Hope she's fires up my buddy put some gas stabilizer in her I'm probably 2~4 weeks able to take her out,any other suggestions? Good to be back best medicine home n fishing!

Make sure the batteries are charged. Other than that you should be good. Hope you feel better too. As far as you not getting to use your boat for a few weeks though, I have no sympathy. Mine got parked in November a few days before the lake started to ice up and we got 10" of snow on Friday so it's going to be a while before I can get my baby back out on the water. lol

You may want to dump the old gas for fresh hi-octane and you should be good to go.  Welcome back!

 

Two feet of ice here, it'll be quite a while before the shrinkwrap is off my rig.

I havent been in my boat since september of 2013, right before archery season opened. Once they let me loose on the deer I just cant pull myself away.
