Looking at them on TW, it says the 5" is actually 4"? What's up with that. Also I've read some reviews that they don't swim very good? I'm specifically looking to buy the 4" (Actual length is 3.5") and 5" (Actual length is 4").

Yes, your right on the sizes.  The other ? I think your asking is if they swim good.  I think that they swim just fine.  I fish them 95% of the time on a yamamoto swimbait jighead.  The only negative thing that I would say about the Basstrix is that they sweet really bad.

Try the 4.5" Strike King Shadalicious. Some people turn their noses up at them but I love 'em and you can usually find them at a good price at Dicks.

I looked for the shadalicious, all TW and BPS online have are the swim n shiner.

At TW, look under Swimbaits and then Soft Hollow Body.

I use a Gammy 5/0 1/8oz weighted superline ewg hook and it fits the bait perfectly and you can cast it a mile and also work it at any depth by allowing it to sink.
