lynyrdsky1 Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 I ordered a bunch of stuff from Tackle Warehouse and, I personally messed up my ordered cause I forgot to add something so I was going to have to pay twice for shipping. I called up there and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful. Ended up he gave me free shipping even tho I was still a few dollars below 50. I know people already love TW but if you havn't checked it out yet you need to. Quote

They even took the extra time to set up a signature required, and called to check to make sure I worked where it was being shipped! Great customer service! Jeff Quote

FishinTN Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I had a couple things(baits) that were messed up when I got my order. Called TW, they sent out replacements (good service), but they also included a paid return shipping label. Now thats some great service. TW= Very happy customers. Quote
