Super User buzzed bait Posted February 7, 2014 Super User Posted February 7, 2014 I have a Falcon Cara Casting Rod CC-4-16M and that is about all I know. I'm unsure how old it is as I acquired it a little while ago in a trade of sorts. Any one have any additional info like possible year model or anything else, i cannot seem to find much on the interweb? Not sure if value can even be discussed (sorry didn't read every rule). I know it is 6' long, 8-15lb test, 3/16-3/8 oz lures. i've used it as a jerkbait rod thus far.. Thanks! Quote
Super User smalljaw67 Posted February 7, 2014 Super User Posted February 7, 2014 That is actually a very good rod, it is a medium power rod and while it probably was ok for jerkbaits it would be a little too soft for my liking. The value would depend on the person, not many anglers today use a 6' casting rod but is easily worth a hundred bucks, probably more depending on condition. That rod would be great for making target casts in tight areas with small square bills and traps, around boat docks, under overhangs and other such areas. Quote
