OK, So i bought a Dobyns Champion 683C, I wanted a dropshot rod really bad. So, i called up Dobyns. Richard answerd the phone and i said, " I Would like to trade a champion 683C for a 701SF and can i have a shipping label emailed to me and he said ok put a $ check in with the rod to cover the new one and shipping" which was on like 50$. After i shipped the rod i called back to have the 702 shipped instead so he said no problem. but, i am like a women with shoes, i changed my mind back. He helped through out the whole way and never sounded annoyed or like he hated my job. Dobyns rods has the best Costumer service and the best warranty. Dobyns for life!!!

I had a tip problem on my SS703C and Dobyns said they would send me a new tip that same day. Two days later I received a package from Dobyns in the mail, but it had 2 replacement tips, 2 Dobyns decal stickers and an orange Dobyns Koozie. Also when I was on the phone with them, it was one of the most pleasant conversations ive ever had. It was like talking to an old friend. Dobyns went above and beyond and thoroughly impressed me. Dobyns for life!

I have broken several guides by mistake and Richard sent me new ones free of charge in evey case. He even called me back to make sure the color was the same (as the guides had been both gun metal and stainless steel colored) so the match would be perfect. Customer for life

I only fish Dobyns now and have never had a bad experience. As mentioned, one of the best aspects of their customer service is that usually Richard or Gary himself will answer the phone if you give them a call, and they are more than happy to answer any question you may have.
