Brayberry Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Thats awesome, but it's up to $250 now so I won't be getting it Quote
jhoffman Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 You should see the one I made. It shoves a grenade down their throat and then unclips the hook, the fish swimming away then pulls the pin. When that fish gets back to the school theyve all been bamboozled. KAPOOW, then you just drive around and collect your winning limit. Yeah, youll have penalties for dead fish but no one else will even have a fish when theyre all dead. 1 Quote

Super User Sam Posted January 16, 2014 Super User Posted January 16, 2014 Interesting bait. Never have seen or heard of such a bait before. Thanks for sharing. 1 Quote
Avalonjohn44 Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 Does anyone know the name of that thing? Quote
Super User F14A-B Posted January 17, 2014 Super User Posted January 17, 2014 I have never seen anything like that for freshwater fishing. That's incredible ! Quote
HookSetDon Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Looks like something someone who pulls the wings off flies would use 2 Quote
Avalonjohn44 Posted January 20, 2014 Author Posted January 20, 2014 Well, it ended at $412... Insane. Since finding this thing on ebay, I started searching around for 'spring-loaded lures'. Some of the prices, while not as inflated as this one, are pretty high, not to mention wild looking... Something to look out for at auctions or yard sales... Quote
basscatcher8 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Reminds me of a bait that use to be used for pennzoil ads in bassmaster magazine 13 years ago. I think it was a plug with a bunch of hooks stuck out of it and a plastic worm going through the middle with a skirt and it said one of these is a game changer in the fishing industry and one is responsible for nasty flesh wounds lol Quote
TheBlueBass Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Atleast you wouldn't have to worry about setting the hook. Quote
