reb67 Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 I just started bass fishing a couple years ago and acquired 8 spinner and buzz baits from a friend but most of the skirts need to be replaced. My question is what is the basic type and colors I should start with. The river and lake I fish is more on the stained side then clear side. Any advice would be appreciated Richard. Quote
Super User ww2farmer Posted January 14, 2014 Super User Posted January 14, 2014 You can never go wrong with white and chart. it's the crescent wrench of spinnerbait colors. Clear water, stained water, deep, shallow, ...........it just works. 2 Quote

reb67 Posted January 15, 2014 Author Posted January 15, 2014 Thanks for the input. I'm sure I will have more questions in the future it's nice to have a place you can go to for answers. I have been reading articles and watching videos from this site for awhile and it is very informative. it seems when you ask someone on the water you would thank you were asking for something that's TOP SECRETE..
