jignfule Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Around the first of the year I went to my "bookmark" on "foxfire" to go to "Bass Resource Forum" as I had done for years and found a blank page with only the words "Invalid Http Request Header". I thought that maybe the sight was down for maintenence or something and tried a little later with the same result. Ditto the next day, then the next week, even when I seached "Bass Resources" with foxfire I had the same results. This morning I "Googled" it and found this forum alive and well.(thank heavens). Glad to be back, can anyone explain the "Invalid Http Request Header" that still appears when I attempt eo get through with "foxfire"? Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I had the same problem with another site. Must have been a glitch. Quote
Super User Root beer Posted January 13, 2014 Super User Posted January 13, 2014 Broken code. Or you got a virus. Or both. Quote
Super User BrianinMD Posted January 13, 2014 Super User Posted January 13, 2014 Maybe a temporary outage and it got cached. Quote
Super User Crestliner2008 Posted January 13, 2014 Super User Posted January 13, 2014 You probably got hit with a virus. I use only FireFox and have not had a problem. Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted January 25, 2014 Super User Posted January 25, 2014 probably a virus or something wasn't allowing you to access the page. I have had that happen a few times. Quote
