GaterB Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 USPS NEVER delivers my packages on the day their shipment tracking says they will. Ever. Incredibly frustrating. That's all, just needed to rant. 1
Super User MCS Posted January 7, 2014 Super User Posted January 7, 2014 Same here. Had mine marked delivered on a Monday by wed I called they made a big to do and opened a case next day on Thursday it showed up. Don't get the point of being charged for tracking and delivery conf. If the tracking is wrong( the lady told me the seasonal employees often enter the wrong code) and how is leaving it in a mail box confirming it??? Then u go with fedx or ups and they just leave the stuff on your porch without a sig. The customer service has gone to the crapper. 1
Super User tomustang Posted January 7, 2014 Super User Posted January 7, 2014 I never have that problem, although I buy from a lot of areas where freight traffic is high so shipments go out more frequently
wnybassman Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 It's just like clockwork here. If for some reason it is not delivered the day it is supposed to be, it is the day before more often than the day after.
basshole8190 Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 Usps has yet to dissapoint and fed ex and ups have dc's here so no problem from them either usually
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted January 7, 2014 BassResource.com Administrator Posted January 7, 2014 Sorry guys, but I gotta close this thread per the Forum Policies: I have a dispute with 'company X'. Can I post about it here? While we can empathize with your frustration, the best course of action is deal directly with the company. Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. There are other options, but attacking the company in a public forum is not appropriate nor allowed. Such posts will be removed.
