I come to find out one of the packs is the wrong color. Mislabled by the manufacturer, not TW's fault. I explained what happened in an e mail and get a response this morning that their shipping a new pack out, no questions asked. Great customer service. Quote

When I was putting my order in over the phone the guy I was talking to would put in his two cents with almost every product/color I wanted. The free shipping on anything over 50 bucks is even better. Just been hard to get anybody on the phone the last couple of days. Completely understandable though. Quote

Five-Alive Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Tackle Warehouse has given me excellent customer service as well, I order on a pretty regular basis and had a bottle of bow to stern to arrive without the spray nozzle, I contacted them and they apologized and shipped it out at once. I had told them to feel free to wait and stick it in my next order but they sent it on. Quote

I just orderd from them last friday taking advantage of their black friday coupon and they promptly notified me that my shipment would not be shipped out tell yesterday. Thought this was great because not many company's tell you when there's going to be a delay to ship your order out. Great people Roby Quote
