Interesting scale, but also interesting is they're using a lip-grip and not a hook as shown in the picture of the ElectroSamson.

Is that a different model? Don't see it listed, well, pictured. May be listed.

Also, what do these go for $$ wise?

That is the ElectroSamson Portable Hanging Scale 55 lb model and usually retails for under $70

The lip-grip they used is a MLF alteration and a good Idea.

Well when the folks down at IGFA told me they thought very highly of them & they were the easiest to get IGFA certification I thought they were a no brainer. I guess somebody else feels the same weigh. :laugh5:

Thanks, A-Jay. Yeah, lip-grippers are a much better method than gill hooks, IMO.

OK so does anyone know what the name of or the maker of that quick release clip they have hung on the end of the Brecknell's ElectroSamson scale ?

I haven't been able to get a good look at it and would love to add one to my own Accu Cull Digital Scale.

MLF just posted some info on their facebook page regarding this clip - they noted that besides mine inquiry, there were many others.

Good on them.
