Or, a baseball card, held on with a clothespin.

I couldn't remember exactly how we attached it with a clothespin, but we did.

1.) comparing medals worm for military, and jerseys for fishing are apples to oranges. Not tactful to compare the two.

2.) team jerseys for sports like football, hockey, etc are worm by fans worldwide. BR jerseys are no different. If you support the Bears, wear a jersey. If you like and support BR and the sponsors, go for it.

3.) the $$$ given to BR helps to support the site and get the name out. I would do it.

4.) this site is free. I don't mind giving some $$$ to help advertise it.

5.). People that get caught up in giving you a hard time if you wear it should mind themselves. We all do this to support each other and advance our knowledge and support. What a shame if people start splitting hairs over a jersey.

Now, you wanna have some fun wocka, wocka?

Name forum members who you think would best portray the various muppet characters in the video. Or, you can pick which character best portrays you.

You can call me Oscar.

This may be of help.

Anyone (guy) who is willing to wear tight spandex pants in public should not consider anything too gaudy.  (sorry, couldn't resist).

They put them out there for us do wear..... we are supporting the name brand.  A ton of people do that in the tournaments I fish, one guy had a Ranger jersey, and I know for a fact that he did not have a sponsorship from them.  I thought it was fine that he wore it, in fact it looked really cool.

Wow, I can't believe this has turned into 5 pages. I look like a walking TW billboard when I'm not working... wear whatever the heck you like out on the water. I highly doubt there will be any tools calling you out as not actually being "sponsored" (if someone is actually sponsored themselves, they're probably going to have better things to do than go around looking to harrass other fishermen that are not).

I say go for it. I think the jerseys are awesome. I'm not really one to care much about what others think though. I was on the fence about it before but after this in depth discussion I think I want one.

I thought I looked funny fishing in a shirt and tie before work.

I had a Norton matchless in 1969, rode it to my office in a suit and tie many days.
