I recent bought an Abby Garcia vendetta rod for $30 at Walmart, the only problem is that from the second to last eyelet ( about 3 inches ) is broken and missing! The only ideas i have i using a shrink tube rod repair kit and the end if another rod. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.

walmart will probably replace it for free

Yeah try returning it to walmart first the the warranty route. It's probably going to cost more to fix then You paid for the rod.

Take it to Walmart ask if you can swap rods, they should let you, but if they don't, call Abu Garcia. They have great customer service.

Take it back to Wal-mart...........if you have your receipt, they WILL take care of it.  If not, Abu will.

Make sure you thoroughly check out the new rod if Walmart replaces it. I've seen kids using rods for sword fights in the store before.

I bought a 7 foot Abu Garcia rod from wal-mart and about 7 inches of the tip broke off but I can't find the Reciept. I was wondering is there anything I could do to get it replaced? Or am I guessing I'm SOL. im pretty sure I'm SOL but I thought someone else might have an idea what I could do.

You can make a return once a year without a receipt. They'll use you drivers license. I did it with a falcon I bought there.

You can't repair that rod with any positive results

Try and return it to a different Walmart

If no joy..... Return it ! Or....

Send it to Abu... Explain it truthfully ... And you will be rewarded.
