We have been working hard on our new site and now its up and running.  http://siebertoutdoors.com/main.sc

The site has not fully uploaded to the whole web yet.  The WWW. still links to the old site.  We do still have some work ahead of us.  For example better descriptions and pictures.

Here is an example of some new features.

http://siebertoutdoors.com/Dredge-Brush-005.htm?productId=5

There is an option to select a standard collar, wire tie, or rattles on most jigs.  I will also be adding a skirt color chart (hopefully tonight) to every jig selection to make it easier and more streamlined.

There are many more features and changes.

Thank you all.

Mike

Looks good so far.  Threw me for a loop this morning though!  I had visited earlier and you must've switched it over by the time I went back lol.

Looking at ordering up some lighter weight jigs, might send you a pm later Mike.

Glad to see tungsten in the arsenal.  No lead in Mass except for spinnerbaits and the larger weights.

Couldn't find images of the colors.

I'll be adding the skirt colors and head colors tonight.

Tungsten is growing quickly in the fishing industry and with laws like MA passed it will continue to grow.  i'm hoping to do more expanding in this area in 2014.

Awesome Mike! I appreciate your willingness to listen to customer feedback in order to improve your business. From new color choices, materials, styles, and custom orders, you have always been willing to listen. The new website is just the latest attempt to improve things for the better. Keep up the hard work!

I like the layout. just a small critique (i'm OCD as i've done some web design and html for people), when rolling over the the options on the right hand side of the page, having them change do a different color all together is a little more user friendly than just darkening the text. i.e hunter green --> dark yellow

I am looking for a better way to show the skirts.

you can go two ways.

the first way would be to create a scrolling image bar of each color on different jigs like you have on the home page /w the color listed below the jig. this would look nice as long as the image is large. should be easy to do as you probably have almost all the images stored in your directory from your previous website. those were great to depict the coloring.

the second would be to create a drop down list /w all colors. once the color is selected, a large picture of the skirt color comes up on the right instead of the current image you have.

Which jig is the all terrain jig?

The Brush or Arky will fit that bill quite nicely.  I prefer the brush for 90% of my fishing.
