Super User Oregon Native Posted December 25, 2013 Super User Posted December 25, 2013 Probably not a biggie to many but I did a pork butt on my weber yesterday and it came out awesome. It was moist and very tender and even tasted great. I know it's a grill but I rubbed it and put it in the center of grill and cooked slow for six hours or so. Last half of grill I put in aluminum foil with more seasoning, brown suger and a little apple juice. Was a little time consuming as I had to add three or four briquiets every 45 min or so along with a hickory chunk or two but was worth the treat. Tight Lines and good eats to ya Quote
