Super User aavery2 Posted December 24, 2013 Super User Posted December 24, 2013 Nice colors, I like the peas and carrots and the bleeding light melon. You should try your hand at wire tying a few. 1 Quote
ranger 361 Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 they look nice, but i would add more strands to them, bulk them up a bit. just my 2 cents 4 Quote
Super User Deleted account Posted December 24, 2013 Super User Posted December 24, 2013 They look good. Change the red to orange, and tame down the guard a bit on the first one, and I'll take a dozen. 1 Quote

Comfortably Numb Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Nice color combos. I personally prefer a fuller three tab skirt. 1 Quote
Super User Munkin Posted December 25, 2013 Super User Posted December 25, 2013 What kind of collar did you use on those first two? Allen Quote
Super User RoLo Posted December 26, 2013 Super User Posted December 26, 2013 I like that swim jig, it reminds me of the Outkast swim jig. It has a nose-eyelet, nice low-slung fiberguard (very weedless) and a stout round-bend hook. As for the strand-count, I believe a sparse skirt provides more action than an overpopulated skirt. Bulk is easily added with the plastic trailer. Roger. 1 Quote
