BucketmouthAngler13 Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Mattlures Bluegill. I'm a quality over quanity, size over surplus sort of guy. Quote
gloomis7 Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 watermelon jig with brown paca chuck trailer Quote
zeppy Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 It would have to be a buzzbait. I know a worm might be better, but fishing a worm everyday could get boring if you are not that patient. Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted March 28, 2007 Super User Posted March 28, 2007 I would say a Zoom Trick Worm t-rigged in watermelon green. I might have to sneak an X-Rap or a Shad Rap in my pocket. It would be difficult to go without them. Falcon Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted March 29, 2007 Super User Posted March 29, 2007 3/8 oz black/blue jig with a zoom superchunk trailer. ditto Ditto again. Quote
Shakes Posted March 29, 2007 Author Posted March 29, 2007 Favorite spring time spawing bait is anything white that floats.Favorite post spawn bait is the buzz bait. Favorite summer time bait is 10 in or larger plum power worm Favorite Fall bait is the Bunker colored Storm Swim bait-5" Favorite winter bait is Oldham's Jig. Matt Did you get the memo? One lure buddy. Quote
Super User Alpster Posted March 29, 2007 Super User Posted March 29, 2007 If I could only use one bait it would have to be a T-rigged plastic worm.I'd say a red shad Culprit worm w/ a 3/16 slide sinker on a 3/0 EWG hook. You nailed it. Just make mine Black Shad. Ronnie Quote
WhiteMike1018 Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Toss up between.. LC Sammy or 7" texas rigged worm Quote
bassinandrew88 Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 7" powerbait tequila sunrise, 3/0 red gamakatsu, 1/4 bullet Quote
ejtaylor822 Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 I would save a bunch of money and frustrate the bait monkey, but, here goes: 3/8 oz. White/Chartruese Spinnerbait with willow leaf blades and a trailer hook Eddie Quote
Walkingboss Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 As much as I love my senko's, I'd go with a green pumpkin tube. As mentioned before, tubes are truly versatile. Swim em', jig em', deadstick em', float em', carolina rig em', heck, you can even rig em' backwards. Just look at this month's BassMaster mag. Quote
