I'm looking at these specifically : (remove)http://www.***.com/Skirts_Unlimited_Living_Image_Skirts_10pk/descpage-LIS.html?large=127#multiview

Does "10 pk" mean 10 premade skirts /w the rubber collar or is this a 10pk of tabs? If tabs, how many strands are on a single tab?

You link doesn't work, but I looked up the link. It looks like to me that you get (10) tabs not skirts. You will need 2-3 tabs per skirt , also you will need rubber collars or wire to tie them on your jigs. Also there are 22 strands per tab.

You have a PM from me.

take away the (remove) and copy/paste it. I was just told that there are 10 skirts per package but that just seems odd for 2.99. I e-mailed them again for clarification.

It's 10 skirt tabs. As carman said you will need 2-3 per jig.
