I have a MH Veritas I picked up this season that I dislike for the fact that it fishes Way heavier than any other MH I have, even heavier than my Heavy's. Im really thinking about picking up a Mojo. Would you...or anyone else, say the Mojo is a more accurate MH or M...which is what im really looking at? In relation to the Veritas. The closest place that has both is an hour away which is why im asking.

Sorry if this is an inappropriate place to ask this.

Thank you for the heads up on this deal.

St. Croix rod powers are a little underrated meaning their MH is by no means a H but fishes a little more than your traditional MH. Their MH isn't nearly as stout as a veritas MH though so you would be fine /w a st. croix MH if you are looking at something less powerful than a veritas MH.

You can normally use coupon code gmt5 to get free shipping and 5 off every 50 spent. I bought a few rods last time they offered this rebate

X2 It works. I bought a rod just over 100 bucks got $10 off from promo code gmt5, plus free shipping to home, plus when the rod comes fill out the rebate for $30 off. Also I seen on http://stcroixrods.com/ you can get a free $60 performance long sleeve shirt when you fill out forum they have on website. Its when you buy a rod from dec. 1st 2013 to april 1st 2014. Its on any rod(s) you buy over $100 in that date frame. Really cool deal. Almost a steal for a rod just over $100 bucks.

Before you start looking for closet space for the tee shirt... read all the details.  To get the $30 rebate from Gander, you have to send them the UPC label attached to the rod tag.  To get the tee shirt, you ALSO have to send them the original UPC label.  Looks like you can't double dip on these deals. Also - $9.95 shipping/handling on the shirt...so, it's not "free" even if you had an extra UPC label.

EDIT - you MIGHT be able to double dip - I just checked the Gander rebate form - they only ask for a COPY of the UPC label. So, make sure you send Gander a scan or photocopy of the UPC label and then send the original UPC label to St. Croix for the tee shirt (assuming you want to pay the $9.95 shipping).

That's what I was thinking. I was going to do that. Assuming I'm able to get both deals. It's a steal. If not then it's not a steal. If I do it like you said I see no problem in getting both :laughing7:

Yes Sir ~

Picked up a Medium Spinner to complement the M, M/H & H Casting sticks.

Looking to get a little more distance on the Fluke / Senko presentation.
