  I feel for you Smokinal !

Thanks bud!

my new rod stands forlornly in the corner......forecast for a foot of snow tomorrow.

I don't know why we do that to ourselves! By the end of February, I'll have tackle, rods, reels etc... layed out all over the house....just looking at it. It's self inflicted torture!

Well, it was finally in the 40's this morning, but 75 by 1 pm.  That was our cold snap.  Forecast says we are going to set record highs this weekend, somewhere in the 80's.

Our local economy is booming again.  Two huge distribution centers breaking ground bringing 15,000 new jobs plus the housing market is coming back strong.  Tell Beckie to pack her bags.

Ah yes, that's it.

There's more to life than bass fishing. We have really good BBQ in kansas city. Really Good.

So good it almost takes the pain away. Almost

I'm officially on vacation for the rest of the year.

It's currently 82* and partly cloudy, I'm wearing shorts and flip flops.  What should I do for the next 2 weeks?  I wonder.  Maybe I could go fishing....
